GOLDSTAR AUDIENCE REVIEW:
“This event was hilarious. I took my husband and kids (ages 12 and 13)as a surprise. The show was family appropriate as promised, but very funny with lots of audience participation. It was like a "Whose Line is it Anyway?" type of show. I have already recommended it to several families. :)”

REVIEW:
Really Awesome Improv Going on at Second City
By Bonnie Prie...ver on January 27th, 2010

The Second City has been second home to comedy/improv fans on both coasts. Right here, in our own backyard, Hollywood, the theater that has launched the careers of comic greats such as John Belushi, Mike Myers and Tina Fey, to name a few, premieres “The Really Awesome Improv Show,” with a most impressive, quick on their feet (and wit) troupe, sure to bring laughs and definitely live up to the show’s title. The show has a rotating cast of seven actors, each one unique, clever and quick to rise to any challenge the audience may bring. Says director Frank Caeti, “The real inspiration was from my experiences with Second City directly… I myself have extensive experience in improv, particularly short form, and games that are family-friendly and fun!” An alumnus of Second City in Chicago, Caeti’s goal is a program that is both interesting and fun, keeping the attention span and energy level of both kids and their parents alike. A family-oriented, quality Saturday morning could not be better spent than by seeing this show, completely based on suggestions from the audience, with sketches so original such as an “emotions symphony” and a live interactive game called “Stage Directions.” Once again, the audience “directs” the action on stage with various scenarios, musical styles and characters. Each show is fresh, creative and spontaneous.
